Through my vast experience in the sales & service industry, I believe that the greatest resource of any company is its people. Very early in my career, I had forged a passion for nurturing & coaching young leaders. I have developed teams from inception and had an enriching experience leading & facilitating delivery among multi-functional teams.
Any company is only as good as its people and people need to be inspired to give their best. This drew my attention to coaching as a profession and now, I am a Certified Organisational Development Coach and a Life Coach. A passionate and keen observer of human behaviour and skills, I enjoy exploring alternate healing therapies and various studies related to energy consciousness. I am also a - "Heal Your Life" licensed workshop leader & a certified "Bach Flower" Therapist.
